The free desk writes Learning Skills comments for up to five students, with everything that makes them good: pronouns, no repeats, the character count and editing. Premium is for the whole class and the other report boxes.

What stays free?
The whole write flow for up to 5 students per class with the Learning Skills pack: pronouns, no repeats, the character count, editing, regenerating, copying each comment and copying the class as a table, the repeated phrase warning and the backup file. The guide, the packs pages and the FAQ are free for everyone. No account is needed.
What does Premium add?
Classes of any size, the Kindergarten and Grades 4 to 6 Language and Mathematics packs, the CSV file, and the printable class sheet.
Are the comments different in Premium?
No. The Learning Skills sentences are the same for everyone. Premium adds packs and removes the class size cap; it does not hide better sentences behind a payment.
Which plans are there?
Three plans: weekly, yearly, and a one time lifetime purchase. There is no monthly plan.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Comment Desk recognises your Premium on this device. Your class lists are never part of a purchase and never leave the browser. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I bought Premium on another browser or computer. How do I use it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser. Your classes do not move with it; use the backup file on the write page for that.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with and access can be recovered from there.
